Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the CricUpdate4u Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up, you (“Affiliate,” “You”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions with CricUpdate4u.com (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”). Please read carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • Affiliates must be 18 years or older.

  • Affiliates must have a minimum of [5,000–10,000] followers or a relevant platform to promote content.

  • Registration is free, and acceptance into the program is subject to review and approval by CricUpdate4u.com.

  • Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates agree to promote only genuine CricUpdate4u.com content using provided or approved links.

  • Affiliates must not use bots, VPNs, click farms, or other methods to generate invalid traffic.

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising guidelines, copyright rules, and data protection laws.

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for the manner in which they promote our content.

3. Earnings & Commission Structure

  • Earnings are based on a Revenue Per Mille (RPM) model:

    • India: $1

  • RPM is calculated on verified visits only. Invalid or fraudulent traffic will not be counted.

  • CricUpdate4u.com reserves the right to adjust earnings in case of discrepancies or invalid activity.

  • Affiliate program is only open for India.

4. Incentives & Bonus Program

  • Monthly performance-based incentives may be offered, such as:

    • Bonus slabs (5% to 15% extra based on earnings).

    • Special rewards (e.g., Affiliate of the Month, Rookie of the Month, Growth Awards).

  • Bonus terms will be communicated in advance and may vary from month to month.

5. Payments & Invoicing

  • Affiliates must submit an invoice between the 1st–5th of every month for the previous month’s earnings.

  • Payments will be processed between the 8th–12th of each month.

  • Payment options: PayPal, UPI, or Bank Transfer.

  • Minimum payout thresholds:

    • PayPal / Payoneer: $7

    • Bank Transfer: $100

    • UPI: Outstanding Balance

  • Earnings below the threshold will roll over to the next month.

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not:

  • Share misleading or offensive promotional content.

  • Post ads/content in prohibited channels (e.g., spam groups, adult content sites).

  • Engage in practices that damage CricUpdate4u.com’s reputation.

  • Reuse or repurpose CricUpdate4u.com content without permission.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • CricUpdate4u.com may suspend or terminate accounts for:

    • Fraudulent traffic generation.

    • Violation of laws or these terms.

    • Misuse of brand assets or unauthorized promotions.

  • Outstanding payments may be withheld if invalid activity is detected.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

  • By joining, Affiliates consent to data collection for tracking visits, clicks, and payments.

  • All data will be handled in compliance with our [Privacy Policy].

9. Limitation of Liability

  • CricUpdate4u.com is not responsible for:

    • Affiliate’s promotional practices.

    • Loss of earnings due to invalid traffic.

    • Technical errors or downtime.

  • Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on genuine user engagement.
