According to reports, the BCCI has made a video conference call with captain Virat Kohli  and coach Ravi Shastri present in Australia. Earlier, the Indian captain gave a statement about Rohit Sharma.

According to the report of the English newspaper ‘Mumbai Mirror’, the BCCI has tried to resolve the issue and the board has made a video conference call regarding the misconceptions about Rohit Sharma’s fitness.

The meeting was attend by Team India captain Virat Kohli, coach Ravi Shastri and members of the National Cricket Academy (NCA) who are overseeing Rohit Sharma’s fitness. Apart from this, Chief Selector Sunil Joshi was also present in the meeting.

A final call will be  on Rohit Sharma’s fitnes on December 11 and it will be decide on the same day whether he will go on a tour of Australia or not. Even if Rohit passes the fitness test, many troubles will remain. As of 31 December, there is no international flight service between India and Australia.
