The team has already lost the series by losing three consecutive matches. Dan Christian hit five sixes in an over of Shakib Al Hasan in the fourth T20 for the Kangaroo team in the fight for respect. He just missed out on equaling the record for hitting six sixes in an over in T20 history.

 

After losing 3 consecutive T20 matches against Bangladesh, Australia showed a great game in the fourth match. The hosts, who came to bat first, achieved great success by restricting them to a score of just 104. Bangladesh’s team could only reach the score of 104 runs in the fourth T20 at the loss of 9 wickets. Andrew Tye and Mitchell Swepson took 3 wickets each while Jose Hazlewood dismissed two batsmen.

Dan Christian stepped on the field after the first wicket fell for Australia chasing the target. This batsman exploded for the Kangaroo team, which had lost one wicket for 15 runs. Bangladesh’s most experienced Shakib Al Hasan, who came to the fourth over of the innings, hit not one or two but five sixes. Dan hit six sixes in the first three balls. After this, Shakib kept him calm on the fourth ball. After this, Dan took Shakib’s ball out of the field on the next two balls as well.

Indian stalwart Yuvraj Singh set the record for hitting six sixes in an over in a T20 International match for the first time in the T20 World Cup in 2007. Yuvraj made a world record of hitting six sixes in an over by England bowler Stuart Broad.

In March this year, Kieron Pollard of West Indies equaled Yuvraj by hitting 6 sixes in the over of Akila Dhananjaya of Sri Lanka.
